CHAIRMAN

Dr John.C. Nnadi is the chairman of the board of Directors of the company. He is an accomplished Nigerian with a track record of achievement in invaluable experience in the oil and Gas sector. Dr.Nnadi built a distinguished and enviable career spanning over 40 years starting from Mobil Oil Research Laboratory centre, Paulsboro USA were he distinguished himself with 20 patents and 15 scientific publications to his credit, thereafter returned to his home country where he retired as the Executive Director Marketing.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mrs.Nkechi Obi is the Managing Director of the company. She is a seasoned economist with great managerial skills. She has is a core professional in strategy and business development and her experience in the oil and gas spans over 15 years. Nkechi Obi had a distinguished career in Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc before venturing in private business. She is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Tony Onyeama is the company’s Deputy managing Director. He is a highly qualified engineer and a core Tribologist. He has well over 15 years cognate experience in the oil and Gas sector. Mr Onyeama is a gifted marketer with great charisma. He has cognate experience in the oil and gas sector especially in commercial. He is an enterprising marketer with great charisma. He is an alumnus of Lagos business school.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FINANCE & HUMAN RESOURCES

Mr. Godfrey I. Okigbo is the Executive Director Finance and Administration. He is an award winning Chartered Accountant. He started his professional career with Bougues Nigeria Limited and has acquired over 20 years experience as an accountant. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS & TECHNICAL

Samson Atseyinku is the Executive Director Operation and Technical. He is a multidisciplinary Engineer of repute. Mr.Atseyinku has garnered 31 years of cognate experience in the oil industry. He has extensive hands - on experience from reputable institutions such as Mobil oil Nigeria Plc and Elf Petroleum Limited.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Sir Collins Onyeama is a non Executive Director and an accomplished financial expert resident overseas. He handles the Techno oil’s offshore Project Financing. Mr Onyeama is an expert in financial management and consults for the Maryland State Government of the USA.

COMPANY SECRETARY

Barrister K.C.Onyejiaka is the Company Secretary Legal Adviser of the company. He nis a barrister and solicitor of the supreme court of Nigeria and a member of several professional bodies.
